COPYX ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TERMS

These CopyX Artificial Intelligence Terms (this “AI Agreement”) govern your access to and use of CopyX, the artificial intelligence features made available through the CopyWins Platform (“CopyX”).

This AI Agreement forms part of the CopyWins Terms of Service, User Agreement, CopyWins+ Membership Agreement, Privacy Policy, Creator Agreement, and all other applicable Platform policies. Capitalized terms not defined in this AI Agreement have the meanings assigned to them in those agreements.

BY ACCESSING OR USING COPYX, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AI AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE COPYX.

1. Purpose of CopyX

CopyX is an artificial intelligence feature designed to generate automated responses, summaries, explanations, educational content, research assistance, and other informational outputs.

CopyX is provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

CopyX is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, Commodity Trading Advisor, sportsbook, financial institution, attorney, accountant, tax adviser, or other licensed professional.

Nothing generated by CopyX constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, wagering advice, gambling advice, or any other professional advice or recommendation.

2. Artificial Intelligence Limitations

Artificial intelligence is an evolving technology and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, misleading, biased, or outdated information.

Without limitation, CopyX may:

• Generate incorrect or fictional information.

• Misinterpret prompts or user instructions.

• Omit relevant information.

• Produce inaccurate calculations or conclusions.

• Reference outdated information.

• Fail to recognize recent events or changes.

• Produce inconsistent responses to similar questions.

CopyWins does not review, verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of CopyX outputs.

3. No Reliance

You are solely responsible for independently evaluating and verifying any information generated by CopyX before relying upon it.

You agree not to rely upon CopyX as the sole basis for making decisions involving, including without limitation:

• Trading or investing.

• Sports wagering.

• Prediction markets.

• Financial transactions.

• Business decisions.

• Legal matters.

• Tax matters.

• Medical matters.

• Any activity involving financial, legal, or personal risk.

You acknowledge that all decisions made using information generated by CopyX are made entirely at your own risk.

4. User Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for:

• Any decision you make.

• Any transaction you enter into.

• Any trade, investment, wager, or prediction.

• Any content you publish or distribute.

• Any reliance placed upon CopyX.

• Compliance with applicable law.

CopyWins is not responsible for any action you take based upon information generated by CopyX.

5. Creator Responsibility

Creators and providers who use CopyX remain solely responsible for all content they publish through the Platform.

Use of CopyX does not relieve any creator of their obligations under the Creator Agreement or other Platform policies.

Creators may not represent AI-generated content as guaranteed, verified, professionally endorsed, or otherwise factual without independently verifying its accuracy.

Creators remain solely responsible for ensuring that all published content complies with applicable law and Platform policies.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use CopyX to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct.

• Generate content that violates the Terms of Service or Platform policies.

• Misrepresent AI-generated information as verified fact.

• Impersonate another person or entity.

• Publish AI-generated content intended to manipulate markets or deceive users.

• Circumvent Platform safety measures or usage restrictions.

• Use CopyX in any manner prohibited by applicable law.

Violation of this AI Agreement may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. No Warranty

COPYX IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COPYWINS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR THAT COPYX WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.

CopyWins makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, legality, or usefulness of any CopyX output.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COPYWINS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, TRADING LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, SPORTS WAGERING LOSSES, PREDICTION MARKET LOSSES, OR ANY OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF COPYX.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH COPYX IS TO STOP USING COPYX.

9. Data and Model Improvement

To improve the quality, safety, reliability, and functionality of CopyX, CopyWins may use prompts, interactions, feedback, and other information submitted through CopyX in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Where reasonably practicable, CopyWins may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve Platform features, detect abuse, enhance security, and develop future products and services.

Nothing in this AI Agreement modifies the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to CopyX

CopyWins may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, expand, limit, or remove any CopyX feature, functionality, usage limit, model, or capability at any time upon reasonable notice where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this AI Agreement grants any user a perpetual, irrevocable, vested, or lifetime right to any particular AI model, feature, functionality, response quality, or service level.

11. General

This AI Agreement survives suspension, cancellation, or termination of your account to the extent necessary to enforce its provisions.

Any matter not expressly addressed in this AI Agreement is governed by the CopyWins Terms of Service and other applicable Platform policies.
