COPYX – ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE RISK, LIMITATION & USER RESPONSIBILITY TERMS

By accessing or using CopyX, the AI assistant provided by CopyWins, you agree to the following legally binding terms. These terms apply in addition to the main CopyWins Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose of AI Features

CopyX provides AI-generated text, explanations, summaries, and insights strictly for general informational and educational purposes.
CopyX does not provide:

• Financial advice

• Betting advice

• Investment recommendations

• Trading signals

• Predictive outcomes

• Guarantees of accuracy or performance

All AI outputs are speculative and may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.

2. No Reliance / No Advice

You agree that AI-generated content must never be relied on to make decisions involving:

• Trading

• Investing

• Sports betting

• Gambling

• Financial transactions

• Any activity involving risk or monetary loss

You are solely responsible for evaluating all AI-generated information before taking any action.

CopyWins and CopyX do not validate or verify the accuracy of AI responses.

3. User Accountability

By using CopyX, you accept full responsibility for:

• Any decisions you make

• Any trades, bets, or actions taken

• Any content you publish or share

• Any consequences arising from AI-generated information

CopyWins bears zero liability for losses, damages, or negative results connected to AI output.

4. Limitations of AI

You understand and agree that:

• AI may hallucinate, invent facts, or produce incorrect interpretations

• AI outputs may not reflect real-time data or statistics

• AI does not consider your personal situation, finances, or risk tolerance

• AI may provide outdated or low-quality information

• AI cannot analyze live markets, odds, or future outcomes with accuracy

CopyWins is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors generated by the system.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use CopyX to:

• Provide financial, trading, or betting advice to others

• Mislead or defraud subscribers with AI-generated content

• Claim AI outputs are guaranteed, accurate, or professional advice

• Automate harmful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent posts

• Generate content that violates CopyWins policies or local laws

Any misuse may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Provider Responsibility (If Applicable)

Signal providers who use CopyX must acknowledge:

• AI content must be reviewed, edited, and verified before publishing

• You may not represent AI output as “professional advice,” “guaranteed picks,” or factual data

• You remain solely responsible for your signals and posted content

• AI cannot be used as a substitute for your own analysis or due diligence

Providers who misuse AI or misrepresent content may be permanently banned.

7. No Warranty

CopyX is provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind.
CopyWins does not guarantee:

• Accuracy

• Reliability

• Fitness for any purpose

• Data correctness

• Outcome performance

• Continuous availability

You use CopyX entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

CopyWins, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Loss of money

• Loss of bets or trades

• Lost profits

• Damages of any kind

• Inaccurate AI output

• Decisions made from AI responses

• Misinterpretation or misuse of AI-generated content

Your sole remedy is to stop using CopyX.

9. Data Usage & Privacy

You agree that CopyWins may use anonymized data to:

• Enhance platform safety

• Train future features

• Detect fraud or misuse

We will never sell user-identifiable data.

10. Acceptance of These Terms

Your use of CopyX indicates that you:

• Accept full responsibility for your decisions

• Release CopyWins from liability

• Agree to comply fully with all restrictions

• Agree that this policy is legally binding
