CopyWins Verified

These Purchaser Terms (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the CopyWins Verified subscription (“Verified” or “Subscription”) offered by CopyWins (“we,” “us,” “our”). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms, as well as the CopyWins Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

CopyWins (CopyWins Inc.) Verified is an optional subscription service that provides enhanced platform features, including but not limited to:

• The verified badge (checkmark) on your profile

• Increased visibility and search placement

• Access to premium tools and features reserved for verified members

• Priority support and enhanced account protection

The Verified badge does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or verification of identity by CopyWins beyond the internal verification process described below.

2. Pricing and Billing

• The Verified subscription is available at $9.00 per month or $84.00 per year (save 22%).

• A extra 30% will be added if paying through the app store or google play.

• Pricing is displayed in USD and may vary by region or platform (e.g., App Store, Play Store, or web).

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

• Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period.

If your payment fails or cannot be processed, your Verified status and access to premium features may be suspended or removed without notice.

3. Verification and Eligibility

To subscribe, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;

• Have an active CopyWins account in good standing; and

• Comply with all CopyWins platform policies.

We may require identity or account verification steps. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate removal of the Verified badge and account suspension.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you subscribed (e.g., App Store, Play Store, or CopyWins web app).

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

• Payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

• Downgrading or canceling Verified will remove associated features and the verified badge at the end of the paid term.

5. Use Restrictions

The Verified badge and features are granted for personal or business use within the CopyWins platform. You may not:

• Sell, transfer, or share your Verified status;

• Impersonate other users or entities;

• Misrepresent your qualifications, identity, or affiliation; or

• Use the badge in a misleading or deceptive manner.

CopyWins reserves the right to revoke Verified status or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms or platform policies.

6. Modifications

We may change, suspend, or discontinue Verified features or pricing at any time, with or without notice. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of Verified constitutes acceptance of those updates.

7. No Guarantee of Visibility or Results

While Verified status includes visibility and credibility enhancements, CopyWins does not guarantee follower growth, engagement results, or increased income. Performance depends on individual content quality and user activity.

8. Termination

CopyWins may suspend or terminate your subscription or account at any time for violations of our Terms, community guidelines, or applicable laws. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CopyWins is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your Verified subscription or use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
