COPYWINS VERIFIED TERMS

Effective Date: October 27, 2025

These CopyWins Verified Terms (this “Verified Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the CopyWins Verified program (“Verified”) offered by CopyWins, Inc. (“CopyWins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Verified Agreement forms part of the CopyWins Terms of Service, User Agreement, CopyWins+ Membership Agreement, Privacy Policy, Creator Agreement, and all other applicable Platform policies. Capitalized terms not defined in this Verified Agreement have the meanings assigned to them in those agreements.

BY ACTIVATING OR USING VERIFIED, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS VERIFIED AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE VERIFIED.

1. Verified

Verified is an optional Platform feature available exclusively to eligible users with an active CopyWins+ membership.

Verified is intended to enhance your experience on the Platform by providing access to certain premium features and account benefits, including, where available:

• A Verified badge displayed on your profile.

• Increased profile visibility.

• Enhanced search placement.

• Premium Platform features.

• Priority support.

• Additional benefits introduced by CopyWins from time to time.

The availability of any particular Verified feature or benefit is not guaranteed and may vary by account type, jurisdiction, device, or Platform availability.

2. Eligibility

To receive or maintain Verified status, you must:

• Maintain an active CopyWins+ membership.

• Maintain a CopyWins account in good standing.

• Comply with the Terms of Service and all applicable Platform policies.

• Complete any verification procedures reasonably requested by CopyWins.

CopyWins may deny, suspend, revoke, or remove Verified status at any time if you fail to satisfy these requirements.

3. Verification

CopyWins may require identity verification, account verification, business verification, or other reasonable verification procedures before granting or maintaining Verified status.

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in the immediate removal of Verified status, suspension or termination of your account, and any other action permitted under the Platform's policies or applicable law.

Verified does not represent or guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, expertise, qualifications, licensing, identity, reputation, or trustworthiness of any user.

The Verified badge indicates only that the account has satisfied CopyWins' internal verification requirements at the time verification was granted.

4. Restrictions

Verified status is personal to the verified account and may not be assigned, transferred, sold, licensed, shared, or otherwise made available to another person or account.

You may not use Verified to:

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

• Impersonate another person or entity.

• Mislead users regarding your qualifications or credentials.

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or abusive conduct.

CopyWins reserves the right to remove Verified status or take any other enforcement action for violations of this Verified Agreement or any applicable Platform policy.

5. Changes to Verified

Verified is a benefit of CopyWins+ and is not sold separately.

CopyWins may modify, suspend, discontinue, expand, limit, or replace any Verified feature, eligibility requirement, verification procedure, or associated benefit at any time upon reasonable notice where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this Verified Agreement grants any user a perpetual, irrevocable, vested, or lifetime right to Verified status or any associated benefit.

6. No Guarantee

Verified is intended solely to identify accounts that have completed CopyWins' verification process.

CopyWins makes no representation or warranty that Verified status will increase your visibility, audience, engagement, subscriptions, revenue, credibility, business opportunities, or any other outcome.

Platform performance depends upon numerous factors beyond CopyWins' control.

7. Suspension and Termination

CopyWins may suspend or revoke Verified status, with or without notice where permitted by applicable law, for any reason including without limitation:

• Loss of an active CopyWins+ membership.

• Violation of Platform policies.

• Fraud or suspected fraud.

• Failure to complete verification requirements.

• Conduct that creates legal, operational, financial, security, or reputational risk for CopyWins or its users.

Removal of Verified status does not automatically terminate your CopyWins account unless separately determined by CopyWins.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COPYWINS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO VERIFIED OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. General

This Verified Agreement survives the suspension, cancellation, expiration, or termination of Verified to the extent necessary to enforce its provisions.

Any matter not expressly addressed in this Verified Agreement is governed by the CopyWins Terms of Service, CopyWins+ Membership Agreement, and all other applicable Platform policies.
