Welcome to CopyWins.com (“CopyWins”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our  website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“you”, “your”, or  “User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). 

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use CopyWins, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of the Platform.

2. Services Provided

CopyWins offers a platform where users can subscribe to, follow, and copy the sports picks, trading signals, and strategies provided by independent signal providers.

We do not provide financial advice, sports betting advice, or guarantee any results. All content and signals are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice 

Nothing on CopyWins constitutes financial, trading, betting, or investment advice.  Past performance is not indicative of future results.  

You use the Platform at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for your decisions. 

4. User Responsibilities 

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not: 

• Misrepresent yourself or your experience.

• Copy, share, or redistribute proprietary content without permission. • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or otherwise misuse the Platform. 

• Violate any local, state, federal, or international laws. 

5. Payment and Payouts 

• Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. 

• Earnings for signal providers and affiliates are handled by Stripe Connect. 

• CopyWins is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment  processors. 

You must connect your Stripe account to receive payouts.  
You are responsible for any taxes due from your earnings. 

6. No Guarantees 

CopyWins makes no guarantees regarding: 

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of signals or content. 

• Financial outcomes or profits. 

• Platform uptime, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without notice. 

7. Intellectual Property 

All CopyWins branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software are our exclusive property.  You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without our written  permission. 

Signal providers retain ownership of their original content but grant CopyWins the right to  display, market, and distribute it through the Platform. 

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, especially for:

• Violations of these Terms. 

• Suspected fraud, abuse, or illegal activity. 

• Actions that harm the integrity or reputation of CopyWins. 

Suspended or terminated users forfeit any remaining account balance or subscription fees. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CopyWins shall not be liable for: 

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. 

• Any losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. • Loss of profits, revenue, or data. 

You use the Platform at your own risk. 

10. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CopyWins, its affiliates, officers, employees,  and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of  the Platform or violation of these Terms. 

11. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab  Emirates.  

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai. 

12. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.  Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
