Commitments

At CopyWins.com (“CopyWins”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to transparency about  how users can earn and receive payouts through our platform.  

This Earnings Policy explains the terms and conditions related to earnings for Signal Providers,  Subscribers (Signal Takers), and Affiliates. 

By using CopyWins, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: 

1. Signal Providers (Earners) 

1.1 Earning Structure: 

Signal Providers earn by sharing trading signals and sports betting picks.  

Subscribers pay fees to access your content, and Signal Providers receive a share of these fees  after CopyWins deducts its platform commission. 

1.2 Commission Structure: 

• CopyWins retains a platform commission from every subscription or transaction.

• The remaining balance is credited to the Signal Provider’s account. 

1.3 Payout Processing via Stripe: 

• ‍All payouts are processed exclusively through Stripe Connect. 

• Signal Providers must connect a valid, verified Stripe account to receive earnings. ‍

• Stripe may charge additional processing fees (such as transaction fees, payout fees, or  currency conversion fees) beyond CopyWins' control. 

1.4 Payout Timing: 

• Providers may elect to receive payouts daily, weekly, or monthly, based on Stripe’s  available schedules and subject to minimum payout thresholds. 

1.5 Eligibility for Payouts: 

Signal Providers must: 

• Follow all CopyWins Terms of Service.

• Deliver original, non-copied content. 

• Avoid fraud, hedging practices, or excessive-risk activities. 

Any violation may result in payout withholding, forfeiture of earnings, and/or account  termination. 

1.6 Chargebacks and Refunds: 

If a subscriber issues a chargeback or refund, CopyWins reserves the right to deduct the related  amount from the Signal Provider’s balance. 

2. Subscribers (Signal Takers) 

2.1 No Guaranteed Earnings: 

Subscribers receive access to informational signals only.  
No profits, performance, or successful outcomes are guaranteed. 

2.2 No Refund Policy: 

All subscription purchases are final.  

No refunds will be issued based on user satisfaction, signal performance, or other factors. 

2.3 Personal Responsibility: 

Subscribers are solely responsible for any actions taken based on signals.  CopyWins is not liable for financial losses or decisions made by users. 

3. Affiliates (Referrers) 

3.1 Earning Structure: 

Affiliates earn commissions by referring new users (Subscribers or Signal Providers) through  unique referral links. 

3.2 Commission Rates: 

Commission structures may vary based on CopyWins programs or promotional periods and will  be disclosed clearly in the Affiliate Dashboard. 

3.3 Payouts: 

• Affiliate earnings are processed through Stripe Connect. 

• Affiliates must onboard properly to receive payouts. ‍

• Stripe may apply additional fees related to payouts.

3.4 Valid Referrals: 

Only legitimate, organic referrals qualify for commissions.  

Fraudulent activities, including self-referrals or mass fake signups, are grounds for forfeiture of  commissions and potential account termination. 

4. General Earnings Terms 

4.1 Compliance and Verification: 

All earners must complete necessary KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as requested by  Stripe or CopyWins. 

4.2 Stripe Connect and Fees: 

Stripe Connect is the sole payment processor for payouts.

• Users are responsible for any Stripe-imposed fees, including transaction fees, payout  fees, and/or currency conversion fees. 

• CopyWins has no control over Stripe’s fee structure. 

4.3 Withholding of Funds: 

CopyWins reserves the right to withhold earnings if: 

• Fraud is suspected. 

• There are unresolved chargebacks. 

• Legal or regulatory issues arise. 

4.4 Taxes: 

Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to their earnings.  CopyWins does not withhold taxes unless legally required. 

4.5 Disputes: 

Any earnings-related disputes must be submitted in writing to legal@copywins.com within 30  days.  

CopyWins' decision will be final. 

5. Changes to This Earnings Policy 

We reserve the right to modify this Earnings Policy at any time.  

Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of CopyWins constitutes  acceptance of any updated policies.
