Welcome to CopyWins.com ("CopyWins," "we," "our," or "us"). CopyWins is operated by Axis  Consultancies, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using our platform, you  agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not  agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. 

1. Eligibility 

You must be 18 years or older to use CopyWins. By creating an account, you confirm that you  meet this age requirement.  

CopyWins does not allow access to its services from the following countries due to high fraud  risk, regulatory concerns, or international sanctions: Nigeria, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia,  Vietnam, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Afghanistan, Venezuela, and  the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). By using our platform, you confirm that you are not accessing  the service from one of these restricted jurisdictions.  

You must be 18 years or older to use CopyWins. By creating an account, you confirm that you  meet this age requirement. 

2. Platform Purpose 

CopyWins is an informational platform only. We do not offer financial or betting advice, and we  do not execute trades or bets on your behalf.  

Users are entirely responsible for their own trading or betting decisions, actions, and outcomes.  We are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences resulting from the use of  signals, strategies, or information shared on our platform. 

3. Signal Provider Terms 

CopyWins takes a 20% platform fee from each transaction made by a signal provider.  Additionally, a 7% service fee is charged to the buyer at the time of purchase.  For all tips received by a signal provider, CopyWins deducts a 10% fee from the provider and a  7% service fee from the buyer.  

Tips are considered completely voluntary gestures and are not performance-based compensation.  They are given solely at the discretion of the buyer and should not be expected as part of regular  earnings.  

CopyWins reserves the right to reject or withhold payouts at its sole discretion, including but not  limited to cases of fraud, manipulation, abuse, or purposeful malformation of trades or signals.  Any attempt to exploit the platform or deceive users will result in account suspension and  forfeiture of earnings.  

All signal providers must undergo KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before offering paid 

signals.  

As a signal provider, you understand and accept that: 

• Your performance may be publicly visible. 

• CopyWins may adjust the platform commission rate at any time, with or without prior  notice. 

• You may be eligible to receive up to an additional 10% commission on subscriptions  referred by CopyWins affiliates. ‍

• Payouts will be handled exclusively through Stripe. Signal providers will receive  payouts directly to their registered Stripe account, and payouts are processed  automatically on the 30th of each month. Providers must ensure their Stripe account is set  up and active. If the signal provider’s available earnings meet a minimum payout  threshold of $200, payouts will be processed. If this threshold is not met, the balance will  roll over to the next month's payout cycle. 

4. Affiliate Program 

Affiliates may earn commissions for referring subscribers to signal providers.  CopyWins reserves the right to set or change affiliate commission rates at any time.  Affiliates must follow ethical and non-deceptive promotion standards. 

5. Responsible Use Notice 

If you use our platform for sports betting or trading signals, you acknowledge and agree that:  Both trading and gambling involve risk, and you should only risk capital you can afford to lose.  CopyWins supports responsible use and encourages users to maintain discipline and risk  awareness in both betting and trading.  

If you experience issues related to compulsive gambling or trading behavior, we encourage you  to seek professional help or visit resources such as BeGambleAware.org. 

6. User Conduct 

Users must not: 

• Impersonate others or provide false information. 

• Share illegal, offensive, or misleading content. 

• Attempt to bypass payment systems or terms. 

• Use, copy, reproduce, or modify any CopyWins branding, logos, or proprietary assets  without explicit written permission. Any misuse of our intellectual property will result in  immediate account termination and potential legal action.

7. Changes to Terms & Fees 

CopyWins may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.  

We may also adjust platform fees, commissions, or payout structures as necessary.  Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated  Terms. 

8. Account Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or harm the integrity  of the platform.  

CopyWins may ban or permanently suspend users at any time for misuse of the platform,  including but not limited to spreading hate speech, abusive behavior, harassment, spam, fraud, or  any form of misconduct that violates the platform's values or threatens the safety of the  community. 

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability 

All services are provided "as is" and "as available."  

CopyWins disclaims all warranties, express or implied.  

We are not responsible for: 

• Any trading or betting losses. 

• Decisions made based on content provided on CopyWins. 

• Platform downtime or third-party issues.  

By using this platform, you agree that you will not pursue legal action or sue CopyWins  or its representatives for any reason, including but not limited to financial losses,  technical issues, or service interruptions. 

10. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab  Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive  jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. 

11. Privacy & Data Protection 

CopyWins is committed to protecting your privacy.  

We do not store any user passwords. All password data is securely encrypted and managed  through secure authentication protocols. We implement industry-standard security protocols to  safeguard your personal information.  

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties. 

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our  Privacy Policy. 

12. Refund Policy 

All sales are final. CopyWins maintains a strict no-refund policy, under all circumstances.  By purchasing access to signals, services, subscriptions, or courses on our platform, you  acknowledge and accept that you are not entitled to any refunds.  

Exceptions will not be made for dissatisfaction with performance, user error, or failure to utilize  purchased services. 

13. Course Marketplace Policy 

CopyWins offers a course marketplace where users can buy and sell educational content.  All course sellers must comply with CopyWins’ content guidelines and may be subject to content  review and approval.  

CopyWins is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or results of any course content. All  purchases are made at the user’s discretion.  

CopyWins retains the right to remove or suspend any course that violates our standards or terms. 14. Intellectual Property Rights 

All content, trademarks, logos, platform designs, software, and other materials available on  CopyWins are the exclusive property of CopyWins or its licensors.  

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without explicit  written permission. 

15. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CopyWins, its affiliates, and their officers,  directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses,  or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your  use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other  rights. 

16. Third-Party Services 

CopyWins may use third-party tools, platforms, or services to provide parts of the platform  functionality (e.g., payment processors, trading platforms).  

We are not responsible for any issues, delays, or damages caused by these third-party services.

17. Force Majeure

CopyWins will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes  outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages,  acts of government, or labor disputes. 

18. Content Moderation & Platform Integrity 

CopyWins reserves the right to review, remove, or suspend any content, signal, course, or user  account that we deem inappropriate, low-quality, misleading, or in violation of our standards or  Terms & Conditions. 

19. Advertising Policy 

CopyWins reserves the right to display advertisements across the platform, including on user facing pages, dashboards, or within content areas.  

By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept that advertising may be present and cannot  be opted out of. 

20. Arbitration Agreement 

Any disputes or claims arising from the use of CopyWins shall be resolved exclusively through  final and binding arbitration under the rules of an arbitration center in Dubai, United Arab  Emirates.  

Users waive their right to pursue any claims in court, including the right to a jury trial. ‍

21. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that  provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention or removed entirely. All remaining  provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

22. Beta Features & Experimental Tools 

Certain features or tools may be released as beta versions. These features are offered "as-is" and  may contain bugs or undergo significant changes.  

CopyWins is not liable for any issues, losses, or damages resulting from the use of beta or  experimental functionality. 

23. Modification of Service 

CopyWins may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without  liability.  

This includes changes to features, tools, pricing, or availability.
